If approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received and approved, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. We verify claims using the carrier’s delivery timestamp and tracking data.
When approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges may be offered for the same product if available. If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
